why do you do a consultation?
The consultation is an important part of the process where I get to know you and your organization. This is where my research starts and where you are able to share with me what makes your organization unique such as: your mission and vision, leadership style, culture, organizational structure, service implementation, internal communication structure, policies, partnerships, level of community engagement, etc.
What is included?
Prior to the consultation, a questionnaire will be sent out to obtain preliminary information about your organization as well as the services you are interested in receiving. With a combination of the research done in advance as well as the questionnaire I prepare a consultation proposal. The consultation proposal will be tailored to your organization and contain strategies specific to the services you requested as well as any additional strategies or service my research presented that would benefit your organization. The consultation is presented to you via Zoom in the form of a PowerPoint presentation in which you receive a copy of at the end of the meeting with additional summary slides to include points discussed during the meeting.
next steps
At the end of the consultation meeting, if you are in agreement with the strategies provided, then we move on to schedule the project(s).

Next Steps
Once you complete the consultation and agree on the services to be provided, we move on to signing a contract and creating a project timeline. The timeline is based on the scope of the project and takes into consideration all the resources, materials, and time needed to achieve the tasks outlined in the strategies discussed during the consultation. A project timeline as well as billing will be presented before you sign, outlining what tasks will be completed for each strategy until completion. If you are in agreement, then the contract is signed and the partnership as well as services begin! I hope to schedule a consultation with you soon!
